Marketing Coordinator

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) & Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs. Once children are referred to MKSA/KULA by their primary care physicians, they must receive a developmental screening. Then, they may be scheduled for therapy evaluations at MKSA/KULA or bring recent therapy evaluation reports done elsewhere. To receive Early Intervention Day Treatment habilitation services, a child must have a documented developmental disability or delay, as shown on the results of an annual comprehensive developmental evaluation and qualify for at least one therapy service. Those services include (but are not limited to) fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays and medical needs.

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the development of marketing programs that drive enrollment, social media and physician relations. This role will assist in the development, implementation, and execution of a marketing plan and strategy to promote and drive business across northeast and central Arkansas.

RESPONISBILITIES

• Coordinates the execution of the marketing plan and strategy.
• Works with community leaders to reach new referral sources.
• Establishes strong relationships with local healthcare providers.
• Develops ideas to increase enrollment at each location.
• Creates new marketing outreach programs in the communities we serve.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• 1 year of experience in Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with basic business and customer service principles, including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills.
• A valid driver's license
