Marketing Coordinator: Luxury Real Estate

Role Overview:
- You will keep the marketing engine running for a luxury real estate team in Manhattan.
- Agents rely on you for the pitch decks, brochures, and e-blasts they use to win and serve high-end clients.
- You will turn their customization requests around quickly.
- You will keep digital assets, shared folders, and the public website accurate and on-brand.
- The impact is tangible: agents move faster, clients see polished materials, and the team’s online presence stays sharp.
- This is a long-term, full-time placement.
- You will own a defined scope, build lasting relationships with the agents and marketing leads you support, and grow your skills in luxury real estate marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Produce marketing materials.
- Customize pitch decks, brochures, e-blasts, and newsletters from templates for high-end clients.
- Turn agent requests around quickly while keeping every piece polished and on-brand.
- Standardize folder structures by agent and listing.
- Maintain OneDrive and Dropbox so agents can always find the latest assets.
- Monitor the company website for accuracy and visual issues.
- Flag and fix inconsistencies.

Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience producing templated marketing materials in Canva.
- A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for visual polish.
- Strong organization, including experience managing cloud storage such as OneDrive or Dropbox.
- Professional English at C1 level or higher, written and spoken.
- The ability to juggle requests from multiple agents at once and keep them all moving.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury real estate marketing.
- Adobe InDesign experience.
