Key Responsibilities
Support in asset organisation and servicing - Provide audio files, artwork, label info, and credits to partners.
Attend all team meetings with internal team and external partners – helping to build meeting agendas, circulate meeting notes with action points, schedule any follow up activity
Design and contribute to marketing pitch decks for external partners
Assisting with organisation of launch events, marketing activations and other campaign event moments, and related admin
Create campaign update mail outs for artist management, internal teams and external partners
General admin and support: manage contact lists, schedule meetings, and handle general office tasks.
Skills and Experience Required
Must have
Experience in a similar role (preferably in marketing)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Flexible and adaptable approach, comfortable working in fast-paced environments and varied campaigns
The ability to learn and work quickly
Self-motivated with the ability to deal with the routine tasks as well as the more interesting
Nice to have
Awareness of current music industry trends and audience behaviours
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new marketing ideas
Interest in storytelling for non-traditional artists (i.e from film/TV background)
