Marketing coordinator (Temporary position)

Join our team as a Marketing Coordinator (Temporary - 6 Months)!

We are looking for a passionate, autonomous, and entrepreneurial professional to drive our marketing strategies, agency management, and strategic partnerships in the Mexican market.

• Campaigns & Content: Design brand awareness and conversion campaigns, lead social media content production, and coordinate PR, creative, and content agencies.

• Operations & Budget: Oversee campaign execution, control budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and manage the marketing calendar.

• Projects & Partnerships: Assist in planning and executing projects, build strategic alliances with related brands, and collaborate on PR and area events.

• Processes: Document workflows, contracts/NDAs, and propose improvements and internal management tools.

• 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing (a marketing diploma is preferred).

• Proven experience in social media management, supplier administration, and project management.

• Deep knowledge of best practices in the Mexican market.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Proactive & Problem-solver: Positive attitude, self-starter ("make things happen"), and driven to bring new ideas.

• Organized & Adaptable: Strong sense of prioritization to handle multiple fronts with high quality in a dynamic environment.
