We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team!
The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across Troika’s corporate, residential, and commercial portfolios. Working closely with the marketing team and other departments, this role helps bring marketing initiatives to life through content, campaigns, events, signage, marketing materials, and ongoing coordination and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Assist in developing, scheduling, and publishing content across Troika’s social media channels.
- Support the management of the social media content calendar, ensuring content is timely and aligned with marketing priorities and brand standards.
- Monitor social media channels and support day-to-day community engagement, including responding to or directing comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Assist with capturing and organizing photo and video content for social media and other marketing needs.
Campaign Coordination
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, and print channels.
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables to support successful and timely execution.
- Work with internal teams to gather information, content, and materials needed to support campaigns.
- Event & Sponsorship Support
- Support the planning and coordination of corporate, property, community, sponsorship, and industry events.
- Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, signage, promotional items, giveaways, and on-site branding.
- Provide on-site support for events as required.
Marketing Materials & Signage
- Assist with the coordination, updating, and production of brochures, presentations, advertisements, signage, and other marketing materials.
- Liaise with external designers, printers, signage companies, and other vendors to obtain quotes and coordinate production and installation, ensuring all materials are current, accurate, and aligned with Troika’s brand standards.
Marketing Coordination & Administration
- Support the day-to-day organization of marketing projects, requests, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist with marketing invoices, expense tracking, quotes, and other departmental administration.
- Maintain organized marketing files, digital assets, photography, and project materials.
- Support the ordering and inventory management of promotional items and branded merchandise.
- Assist with competitive research and information gathering as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Basic graphic design skills: familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes.
