📍 Location: Raffles Place (CapitaGreen)
📄 Employment: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
💰 Salary: $3,500 – $4,500/month
🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday
• 8.30am – 5.15pm
What You'll Be Doing:
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services
• Manage project timelines and support the smooth execution of marketing activities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign performance summaries
• Support email marketing campaigns, including setup, testing, and scheduling
• Create and adapt marketing materials such as social media graphics, email banners, and PowerPoint templates using existing brand assets
• Perform basic design tasks, including image resizing, layout updates, and content editing
• Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders, and tracking invoices
• Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, registrations, and follow-up activities
