Marketing Coordinator | Up to $4,500 | 6-Month Contract
📍 Location: Raffles Place (CBD)
📄 Employment: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
💰 Salary: $3,500 – $4,500/month
🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday
• 8.30am – 5.15pm
What You'll Be Doing:
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
• Track project timelines and support smooth execution of marketing activities
• Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and performance summaries
• Support email marketing campaigns, including setup, testing, and scheduling
• Create and adapt marketing materials such as social media graphics, email banners, and presentation templates
• Assist with basic design and content updates using existing brand templates
• Coordinate event logistics, webinars, registrations, and follow-up activities
• Support procurement processes, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
