Marketing & Operations Support
Workplace Solutions is a 2nd generation family owned contract furniture dealership located in Orange County. We specialize in new, used and refurbished office furniture with a full menu of top level services. We have a very loyal customer base and we built our company on a service level that is second to none.
We're looking for a bright, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator who wants to be part of building something meaningful in our 30th year.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Ongoing Responsibilities:
• Own our email marketing program: monthly newsletter, curated hot topics, "Intro to WPS" series
• Photograph installed furniture at customer offices, creating a portfolio of our work
• Maintain and improve our website presence—updates, optimization, troubleshooting
• Create visual and digital media assets across all marketing channels
• Manage brand consistency across customer-facing materials and collateral
• Collaborate with sales team to produce polished presentations, proposals, and case studies
Periodic Responsibilities:
• Triage web inquiries and customer chats, directing them appropriately
• Develop product knowledge around office furniture and industry trends
• Research, organize, and execute community outreach events and charitable giving initiatives
Major Projects (2026-2027):
• Lead website reconstruction/redesign to modernize customer experience
• Oversee truck fleet re-wrapping with refreshed brand identity
• Develop and execute WPS 30th Anniversary celebration campaign (launching March 2027)
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
✓ 1-3 years marketing, social media, content creation, or related experience
✓ Demonstrated social media platform and content management proficiency
✓ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✓ Project management: owns initiatives from concept to completion
✓ Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented
✓ Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly

Nice-to-Haves:
• Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
• WordPress or website platform experience
• Photography or video editing experience
• CRM system familiarity
