Marketing Coordinator (約聘)

Mission 1: Marketing Administrative Support
●Vendor managements: Oversee relationships with external vendors, including printing, design, giveaways, and shipping services.
● Stock and storage management: coordinate marketing inventory list, to ensure the most up to date quiantity of on-hand branded office documents, marketing display items, brochures and giveaway
●Marketing payment and finanacial process supports : coordinate budget tracking and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.
●Other assignments.

Mission 2: Marketing Content/Mateiral Coordination
●Support website daily check and content updates, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
●Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as eDM, booklet, voucher, coupon and promotional content.
●Support cross-functional communication tools to ensure seamless communications across sales team and trade partners.

Mission 3:Marketing Campaign Support
●Assist in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and offline communication.
●Suport LINE subscriber mapping process to ensure timely delivery of memeber database.

Mission 4: Assist in Market Report & Competitive Analysis
●Assist in tracking and reporting on sales performance on a regular basis.
●Support manager to gather market researches/sentiments to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
●Assist in collecting insights to support strategic decision-making and campaign development.

Mission 5 : Be an outstanding brand ambassador
●Represent brand key values in daily interactions internally & externally
●Work hand in hand with other departments for the best coperation in our environment
●Help & support other Dept when/when needed
