Marketing Creative Writer

Job Description

• Develop clear, compelling, and consistent copy and verbal communication across Allo Bank’s campaigns, products, social media, digital activations, and brand initiatives.
• Translate business, product, and marketing objectives into relevant and engaging communication ideas and messages.
• Create campaign concepts, key messages, headlines, taglines, social media content, scripts, product communication, and other communication assets.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand Experience, Social Media, Product, and Business teams to develop communication that supports campaign and business objectives.
• Ensure all communication maintains a consistent Allo Bank tone of voice and brand identity across channels.
• Adapt messaging and copy based on different audiences, channels, formats, and customer journeys.
• Support campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving awareness, consideration, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Review and refine communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and creative quality.
• Stay updated on content, social media, cultural, and communication trends to develop relevant and engaging ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English/Literature, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Creative Writer, Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role, preferably in an agency, digital company, fintech, or consumer brand.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in campaign copywriting, digital content, social media, scripts, headlines, and brand communication.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with good proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of brand tone of voice, audience insight, and communication strategy.
• Ability to translate complex business or product information into simple, relevant, and engaging communication.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with creative, marketing, product, and business teams.
