As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain reporting frameworks to monitor marketing operations and performance.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover opportunities for growth and cost efficiencies.
  • Evaluate marketing-business metrics and provide ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse large datasets and deliver actionable recommendations to support marketing objectives.
  • Develop user demographics, behaviour insights, and segmentation strategies for optimised targeting.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards for tracking KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify data needs and deliver insightful solutions.
  • Plan and analyse A/B tests to improve key marketing KPIs.
  • Transform complex marketing questions into quantifiable metrics and insights.
  • Utilise product usage data to develop predictive customer retention models.
  • Conduct customer lifetime value analysis and spending benchmarks.
  • Measure and analyse the impact of segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Continuously drive improvements in data sources, predictive analytics, and automation processes.

Requirements

  • BS/MSc in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ experience in analysing and optimising email remarketing campaigns to improve customer retention and conversion rates.
  • Experience in the financial, fintech, or FX services industry is an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (a must) and proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and knowledge of Python for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo, and various media buying platforms.
  • Strong ability to analyse marketing performance, interpret complex data sets, and provide clear insights.
  • Meticulous when working with data to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Eagerness for ongoing professional development and upskilling in marketing analytics.
