Discussion

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join the Player Lifecycle team. The role covers the full acquisition analytics cycle — from validating and consolidating data from the DB, affiliate platforms, and advertising sources to building dashboards, forecasting ROI, and providing recommendations on budget allocation. The position also serves as a point of connection with the Retention team for end-to-end traffic quality assessment.

Requirements
4 years of overall analytics experience, including 1-2 years specifically in marketing analytics; experience in performance/affiliate marketing in a high-traffic vertical
Strong SQL skills: window functions, CTEs, cohort analysis, working with large datasets, and understanding query costs
Practical experience with BI tools (Tableau is preferred; Power BI / Looker / Metabase are also acceptable)
Understanding of acquisition unit economics: CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, ROI/ROAS, LTV, and payback period
Understanding of attribution and tracking: UTM, postbacks, attribution windows, multitouch vs. last-click attribution
Python at an automation level: pandas, API data extraction, reconciliation scripts
Ability to independently trace data back to its source rather than relying on ready-made data marts
Nice to Have
Experience with affiliate platforms (Affilka, Referon)
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow
Experience with LTV/ROI forecasting, cohort models, and survival analysis
Experience identifying fraudulent or low-quality traffic: bonus abuse, incentivized traffic, source spoofing
Experience conducting and correctly interpreting A/B tests
Experience working with retention data and CRM campaigns
Experience in a multi-brand environment across multiple geos and currencies

Responsibilities
Analyze the performance of acquired traffic and marketing campaigns by source, partner, and geo
Analyze and optimize marketing funnels and identify bottlenecks
Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources for reporting; own and maintain metric definitions
Develop and maintain dashboards for different stakeholders
Automate data collection and analytical processes, moving manual reporting into automated pipelines
Generate and validate hypotheses to improve traffic ROI and operational efficiency
Identify anomalies and conversion issues on a daily basis
Turn raw data into actionable recommendations for budget allocation and decision-making

What we offer:
Flexible schedule and freedom to choose your work format: remote or from our offices in Kyiv or Warsaw.
24 paid vacation days, sick leave, and medical insurance (already available in Ukraine; other locations - in progress).
A team where it’s easy to ask questions, learn, contribute, and be yourself.
Coverage for professional events, training, and certifications.
Team buildings, birthday gifts, and a community that truly cares.
Zero business ties with the aggressor country - and we’re proud of that.
