Are you a creative student, recent graduate, or aspiring designer looking to gain real-world experience?
Anna Maria of Aurora is looking for a Marketing & Design Intern to assist with graphic design, marketing, website updates, photography, special events, and campus communications. You'll work directly with our Director of Marketing & Engagement on projects that are seen throughout our campus and community. This is a hands-on opportunity to build your portfolio while working on projects that make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the design and layout of flyers, newsletters, brochures, signage, and print/digital marketing materials
- Create graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Assist with website updates and content management
- Support marketing campaigns, photography, and special events
- Help maintain consistent branding across campus communications
- Organize marketing materials and creative assets
- Proofread and prepare files for print and digital use
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
- Has a creative eye and strong attention to detail
- Is organized, dependable, and eager to learn
- Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Is studying or has experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Internship Details:
- PRN/Seasonal position with a flexible morning or afternoon schedule
- Approximately 16-20 hours per week, based on department needs and project workload
- 6-month Internship
- At the end of the six-month term, performance and departmental needs will be evaluated. The internship may be extended or transition into continued employment based on that review.
