Job Summary: The Marketing & Design Specialist provides day-to-day marketing, communications and graphic design support for Stanley Consultants' corporate and market-focused initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinators and Senior Graphic Artist, this position supports the creation of marketing materials, presentations, digital content and social media graphics; assists with tradeshow and event coordination; and promotes consistency with Stanley's brand standards across multiple marketing and communication channels. Through these efforts, the role helps advance business development, employee communications, recruitment, client engagement and brand awareness initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

Marketing Support

  • Contribute to the development, formatting and coordination of marketing collateral, including brochures, digital assets, presentations and advertisements.
  • Draft, edit, proofread and distribute marketing and communications content.
  • Coordinate conferences, industry events and sponsorships, including timelines, logistics, materials and deliverables.
  • Assist with content updates across the company website, social media channels and internal communication platforms.
  • Support the collection and organization of marketing metrics and campaign performance data.
  • Graphic Design Support

    • Create branded graphics for marketing initiatives, recruiting materials, internal communications and social media.
    • Format and update PowerPoint presentations and other client-facing materials in alignment with Stanley’s brand standards.
    • Assist with photo selection, image editing and graphic asset preparation.
    • Maintain and organize digital design assets, templates and brand resources.
    • Reinforce company brand standards and visual identity guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, public relations, journalism or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience supporting marketing, communications and graphic design activities within a professional services environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong writing, editing and content development skills. Familiarity with the AEC industry is preferred.
