You own hands-on marketing, sales, and event design execution, bringing established brand guidelines to life across digital campaigns, web visuals, pitch decks, and print assets. Your work directly drives visual consistency, transforms complex shipping management data into clear graphics, and supports multi-channel marketing initiatives.

This is not a purely conceptual or direction-only role. You operate within an established design system, work closely with a Creative Design Manager, and are trusted to independently transform creative briefs into polished, production-ready deliverables. Best suited for detail-obsessed designers who thrive in structured workflows, take pride in high-quality execution, and balance creative problem-solving with brand consistency.

YOU’RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or marketing design, supported by a strong portfolio of multi-channel deliverables
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proven experience producing digital campaign assets, pitch decks/presentations, data visualizations, and print-ready files
• Exposure to structured B2B, SaaS, or tech marketing environments working strictly within established brand guidelines and design systems
• Willingness to work fixed night shifts (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT) from a home office anywhere in the Philippines

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing (Adobe After Effects)
• Skills in custom illustration, icon design, or 3D modeling/rendering
• Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals or web development workflows
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows (Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude)

Marketing & Digital Asset Design

You own the execution of high-performing digital visuals—ensuring marketing campaigns, website imagery, and promotional content maintain peak visual quality across channels.

• Design engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and landing pages
• Create website imagery, custom illustrations, infographics, and content marketing assets
• Adapt creative concepts across various formats while preserving brand consistency

Sales & Presentation Design

You transform complex data and sales messaging into compelling visual stories that support pitch efforts and client acquisition.

• Design and refine high-stakes sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and internal decks
• Produce visually engaging one-pagers, case studies, white papers, and sales enablement assets
• Translate complex shipping analytics and operational data into clear, digestible visualizations

Brand Consistency & Print Production

You maintain the visual integrity of the brand across all touchpoints while delivering accurate, production-ready files for digital and print deployment.

• Prepare high-quality, print-ready files for trade shows, banners, signage, and promotional collateral
• Export, organize, and archive production-ready assets and maintain design templates and libraries
• Incorporate creative feedback from the design lead to continuously refine and elevate output
