Marketing Designer

You will turn campaign briefs, performance requirements, and brand guidelines into localized marketing creative for Malaysia and Indonesia. You will design assets for above-the-line campaigns, paid advertising, CRM, and social channels while maintaining brand consistency and iterating using performance data.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce above-the-line creative assets, including out-of-home, digital display, and brand campaign materials.
• Localize creative for Malaysia and Indonesia while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Produce paid social and search advertising creative for performance marketing.
• Build and maintain tested creative variants across Google, Meta, and TikTok formats.
• Iterate creative based on performance data.
• Design email and push-notification templates for CRM campaigns.
• Ensure CRM designs render correctly across devices and platforms.
• Maintain a modular template system for localized CRM sends.
• Design organic and paid social assets, including static posts, stories, short-form video thumbnails, and overlays.
• Create templated social formats that enable rapid content production.
• Use AI design tools to increase production throughput while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating marketing design work across digital channels.
• 1-5 years of experience in a marketing design or visual design role.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and auto-layout.
• Working knowledge of Framer for web-based marketing page design and prototyping.
• Active use of AI design tools as part of the day-to-day production workflow.
• Experience designing for Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising formats.
