Marketing Designer

The Marketing Designer is responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of all outward facing sales & marketing material for the company. This role is pivotal for ensuring that DTC, B2B, Amazon, International Distribution, and all other relevant sales channels are equipped with the creative collateral needed to educate users, support retailers, and promote product lines. Working closely with the Art Director, this role helps maintain brand consistency, elevates marketing/promotional material, and ensures all print materials meet the brand’s creative standards

Primary Responsibilities

  • External agency support:
  • Amazon Seller Central: Lead creative execution for new product pages, store page, and seasonal marketing changes.
  • Paid social: Provide support on paid social media campaigns and design execution.
  • Manage all design/creative projects that provide B2B sales support.
  • Maintain and upload new web assets as it pertains to product launches, seasonal campaigns and other sales + promotions.
  • Lead design efforts on all outbound tradeshow marketing efforts and post-show campaigns.
  • Manage production and maintenance of all stock imagery and assist in photoshoot planning to capture any media needed for sales marketing materials (specific stylized photos needed for Amazon, tradeshows, B2B sites, retail displays, product education, etc.)
  • Responsible for maintenance on all core sales collateral such as sales sheets and shareable media drives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing material and designs support brand standards, have necessary information included, and exhibit the product accurately.
  • Support additional creative projects and priorities as needed, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality visual assets that align with brand goals. This could include social media posts, emails, and more.


What We’re Looking For:

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong foundation in typography, color theory, composition, and visual branding.
  • Preferred experience with Figma.
  • Preferred experience with photo/video editing.
