Description
We are looking for a creative, solution-oriented Marketing Developer who combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of mobile game marketing. In this role, you'll develop engaging playable ads, bring creative ideas to life, and continuously improve advertising experiences through experimentation and iteration.
What You'll Do
Develop and optimize engaging, high-quality playable ads for mobile games.
Transform creative concepts and references into interactive advertising experiences using Unity, C#, and Luna.
Approach playable development with a game design mindset, focusing on user engagement and gameplay experience.
Analyze creative references and performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Experiment with different mechanics, interactions, and creative variations to improve ad performance.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to deliver effective advertising solutions.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience developing playable ads and a solid understanding of mobile game marketing.
Proficiency in Unity, C#, and Luna.
Experience using AI-powered tools to streamline development workflows, improve productivity, and explore creative solutions.
Ability to deliver high-quality results efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, practical thinking, and confidence in making quick decisions.
A creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and alternative solutions.
A proactive, self-critical approach to evaluating and continuously improving your own work.
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to share ideas and collaborate effectively.
