Marketing Digital Media Creator
SUMMARY: As a Digital Media Creator, you will develop engaging content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role will be responsible for creating short- and long-form video, photography, and written content for our social media platforms, YouTube, and our website—highlighting products, promotions, in-store experiences, firearms education, and range events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns
- Develop and execute a consistent content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, sales, store events, and training classes
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and descriptions tailored for each platform
- Stay on top of social media trends and implement fresh ideas to grow audience and engagement
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and impact
- Represent the brand voice consistently across all media
- Capture behind-the-scenes and lifestyle imagery to support brand storytelling
- Organize and archive media assets for future use
- Assist in managing influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns
- Flexibility to film on location, at stores, events, and ranges as needed
- Responsible for promoting a positive culture within the location/department.
- Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
