HoneyTree Early Learning Centers is seeking a Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts that strengthen the centers’ visibility, support enrollment, and build connections with families and the community.

What you’ll do

• Plan and carry out marketing strategies that support the centers’ goals and enrollment efforts.
• Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system, keeping records organized and supporting timely communication and follow-up with prospective and current families.
• Plan, coordinate, and promote marketing events for families and the local community.
• Manage the centers’ social media presence, including creating and scheduling engaging content, responding to messages and comments, and maintaining a consistent, welcoming brand voice.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials and communications across relevant channels.
• Work with center teams to gather information, maintain consistent messaging, and support outreach.
• Track marketing activities and share updates on results and opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and contact or lead management.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
• Experience planning or coordinating marketing events.
• Childcare or early childhood education industry experience.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and project-coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with a team.
