Marketing Director

About the role

At MC Headhunting, we are looking for a Marketing Director for a company in the catering sector.

What you'll do

- Creation and monitoring of the marketing strategy and plan, focused on the commercial/sales side.

- Search and selection of events that may be interesting for the brand, organization and planning of events and marketing campaigns.

- Creation, supervision and publication of content on social media.

- Promote and coordinate publication on online channels, maintaining control of a publication calendar.

- Development of relationships with other companies, media and/or personalities dedicated to online content creation.

- Perform market and competitor analysis.

- Preparation of activity and ROI reports.

- Manage and lead a team of two people.

What we're looking for

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position

- Languages: Native Catalan and Spanish.

- Creativity

- Initiative

- Proactivity

- Focused on the commercial/sales side

Nice to have

- Experience in the consumer goods sector is valued.

- Valuable: English

- We value very positively having a driver's license and own vehicle to move around our points of sale.

How you'll work

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm. Friday until 3 pm.

● Availability some weekends a month, when the brand is at events.
