Marketing Director | Personal Injury

The Marketing Director will be responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and growth of all marketing activities for NEO Surgical Group. This individual will oversee all marketers and outreach representatives, develop referral relationships with attorneys and healthcare providers, and ensure that marketing efforts align with the company's long-term business objectives.
Travel is required for this position and is considered an essential function of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with executive leadership on company growth initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, manage, and evaluate all marketing representatives and outreach personnel.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase patient volume and market share.
- Oversee referral development efforts with attorneys, medical providers, clinics, case managers, and other referral sources.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the personal injury and healthcare communities.
- Drive business development initiatives throughout Florida markets.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, ROI, referral data, and market trends.
- Create and manage budgets, campaigns, events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all locations and marketing channels.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support company growth into new markets.
- Work closely with operational leaders to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or physician relations.
- Experience in Personal Injury, Orthopedics, Spine, Pain Management strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of referral-based healthcare marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategies based on performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established relationships with Personal Injury Attorneys and law firms.
- Experience working with referral networks in the Florida healthcare market.
- Knowledge of Personal Injury case flow and healthcare operations.
- Experience scaling marketing teams and supporting multi-location growth.
