About Reah

Reah is building the AI-native, onchain financial operating system for startups, crypto-native companies, and global businesses. We unify global money movement, digital asset operations, treasury, corporate spend, and AI finance automation into one operating layer — so a two-person finance team can run like ten.

We're small on purpose. We ship fast, publish in public, and use AI agents as teammates, not tools.

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Director to own Reah's growth end-to-end. This is a hands-on, player-coach role — in the AI era, we don't plan to build a large marketing org. You will personally conceive, ship, measure, and iterate, while orchestrating a small team of humans and AI agents to move faster than a traditional 10-person marketing org.

We care about one thing: results.

What Success Looks Like

You will be measured on outcomes, not activity. Specifically:

  • Brand growth. Reah becomes a name that founders, finance operators, and crypto-native teams recognize and trust — beyond the current early-adopter circle.
  • User growth. A measurable, compounding pipeline of signups → funded entities → durable balances. Marketing owns the top of funnel and shares accountability for activation.
  • Brand credibility. As a fintech touching customer money, credibility is the product. Every surface — website, launches, partner co-marketing, press, community — has to earn trust, not just attention.
  • Attention. In a market this noisy, the ability to make people stop scrolling is the single most valuable skill on this team. We will hire creativity over pedigree, every time.
  • Efficient paid acquisition. A working, measurable paid-acquisition engine with CAC/LTV that we're proud to show investors.

If you can't point to campaigns, launches, or content that moved real numbers, this isn't the role.

What You'll Own

1. Creative & Attention

  • Concept and ship campaigns, launches, and content that break through — not "on-brand safe," but genuinely creative work that earns attention.
  • Set the visual and verbal tone of Reah across every surface. Minimal, credible, unmistakable — explicitly not crypto Twitter, and not generic fintech either.
  • Personally write and produce the flagship pieces. Orchestrate agents, contractors, and creators for scale.

2. Brand & Credibility

  • Own how Reah is described everywhere — website, decks, launches, partner co-marketing, press, sales collateral.
  • Build the credibility stack: customer stories, partner proof, press coverage, founder positioning, community trust signals.
  • Manage PR and analyst relationships as needed. When we say something about compliance, banking, or yield, it has to be defensible.

3. Channels — Open and Channel-Agnostic

LinkedIn and X are where we started. They are not where we stop.

You will decide, test, and own the channel mix. We are actively open to:

  • Video-first channels — TikTok, YouTube (long-form + Shorts), Instagram Reels
  • Podcasts — as guests, as hosts, as sponsors
  • Community & IRL — founder dinners, conference presence, sponsored meetups, Discord/Telegram communities
  • Newsletters & earned media — sponsorships, guest posts, embedded thought leadership
  • Creator & KOL partnerships — fintech, crypto-native, founder-economy voices
  • Unconventional bets — if you have a wild idea that works, we want to hear it

4. Paid Acquisition

  • Own paid strategy and execution across the channels that make sense — LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, Meta, Google, YouTube, podcast reads, newsletter sponsorships, creator deals, and anything else that returns.
  • Build the measurement stack: attribution, CAC/LTV by segment, payback period, cohort quality.
  • You don't have to be the world's best media buyer — but you have to have run paid budgets before, know what "good" looks like, and know when to bring in a specialist vs. do it yourself.

5. Product Marketing & Launches

  • Every product release, partner announcement, and milestone ships with a full launch package — narrative, post, video, landing page, email, sales enablement, press.
  • You are the DRI for launch quality and launch outcomes.

6. Partner Co-Marketing

  • Turn every partnership into distribution and credibility.
  • Coordinate joint announcements and amplification across our partner stack and pipeline.

7. Lifecycle & Website

  • Own reah.com, key landing pages, and the email/lifecycle program.
  • Own the SEO and directory-listing surface.

8. AI-Native Marketing Ops

  • Build and maintain the agent + human marketing stack. If a task is repeatable, it should be a workflow, not a headcount.
  • We expect you to be fluent in Claude, Notion AI, and custom agents. This is not optional.

9. Performance Loop

  • Weekly reporting on the metrics that matter — brand reach, signups, activation, CAC, pipeline influence.
  • Kill what doesn't work. Double down on what does. No vanity metrics.

First 90 Days

  • Day 30: You've shipped at least one campaign or piece of content that made people talk. You own the weekly cadence. You've produced the first honest performance readout with a clear kill/keep list. You have a hypothesis on the next 2–3 channels to test beyond LinkedIn/X.
  • Day 60: Refreshed narrative and positioning live across website, deck, and sales collateral. Launch playbook documented and used for the next product release. First paid-acquisition tests running with a real measurement setup. First non-LinkedIn/X channel test in market.
  • Day 90: A defined, weekly-cadenced marketing operating system — creative, content, social, partner amplification, email, paid, reporting — with metrics that map to signups, funded entities, and durable balances. You know exactly which one or two hires (if any) come next.

You Are Probably a Fit If

  • You've personally led marketing where creativity, not budget, drove the outcome — and you can prove it with work you shipped.
  • You've run paid acquisition budgets before and can talk fluently about CAC, LTV, payback, and attribution.
  • You've marketed a fintech, crypto/onchain, developer tools, or B2B product to a technical or finance audience — and you understand why credibility matters differently in fintech.
  • You are genuinely creative. You have opinions on visual language, copy, video, and format. You know the difference between "clever" and "attention-earning."
  • You are AI-native in how you actually work day-to-day — not just as a talking point.
  • You can hold your own with our CEO, founders, partners, and investors on the substance.
  • You believe the best marketing team in 2026 is small, senior, and force-multiplied by AI.

You Are Probably Not a Fit If

  • Your best work is decks and strategy documents, not published campaigns, content, or products.
  • You need a designer, a copywriter, a social manager, a PMM, and an agency in place before you can ship.
  • You think "on-brand and safe" is a compliment.
  • You've never personally spent a paid-acquisition dollar.
  • Your last three roles were managing managers.

Compensation

  • Competitive base + meaningful equity. We pay well for people who compound.
  • Full benefits.
  • Remote-first, async-friendly, with regular in-person offsites.

How to Apply

Send us:

  1. Three things you shipped that you're proud of — campaigns, launches, content, or paid programs — and the numbers behind them. Attention earned, users acquired, CAC, whatever is real.
  2. A one-paragraph teardown of Reah's current marketing (start with reah.com, our LinkedIn, and our X) — what you'd change in your first 30 days, and one channel beyond LinkedIn/X you'd bet on.
  3. Optional: a short Loom, a mock ad, a rewritten landing page, a TikTok concept — anything that shows us how you think creatively. This carries more weight than a resume.
