Marketing Director

Role Overview

The Marketing Director will lead RDA's corporate and product marketing activities across Singapore and selected international markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can operate effectively in a fast-growing technology company. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, sales, product and technical teams to translate complex technology into compelling market narratives, strengthen RDA's position in the AI and data centre ecosystem, and generate measurable commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Develop and execute RDA's regional marketing and brand strategy.
  • Strengthen RDA's positioning in AI, digital twin, data centre and mission-critical infrastructure markets.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions and market-facing narratives.
  • Maintain consistent corporate messaging, brand standards and communication materials across markets.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across corporate website, search, social media and relevant industry channels.
  • Build executive and corporate thought leadership through articles, customer stories, industry insights and other high-value content.
  • Use campaign and channel analytics to continuously improve reach, engagement and qualified lead generation.

Product & B2B Marketing

  • Work closely with product, sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop sales enablement and product marketing materials, including presentations, solution briefs, customer case studies and campaign assets.
  • Support go-to-market activities for new products, solutions and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop account-based and industry-focused campaigns targeting enterprise customers.

PR & Executive Communications

  • Build relationships with relevant technology, AI, sustainability and data centre media.
  • Develop PR strategies around customer wins, partnerships, product milestones and corporate developments.
  • Identify and secure appropriate speaking opportunities for RDA executives at major industry conferences and forums.
  • Support executive communications and thought-leadership positioning.

Events & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Lead RDA's participation in strategic conferences, exhibitions, executive roundtables and customer events.
  • Build relationships with industry associations, technology partners, government agencies, universities and other ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives with strategic technology and business partners.
  • Manage event strategy, budgets, vendors, content and post-event opportunity conversion.

Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and external agencies/vendors.
  • Establish measurable KPIs covering brand reach, engagement, qualified leads, pipeline contribution, events and campaign effectiveness.
  • Regularly analyse marketing ROI and adjust resource allocation accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, technology marketing, corporate communications, business development or related functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing regional or international marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with enterprise technology, AI, cloud, telecommunications, data centres, energy, industrial technology or other B2B technology sectors is preferred.
  • Strong experience in several of the following areas: brand strategy, digital marketing, product marketing, PR, executive communications, industry events and ecosystem development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives, customers, partners and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively across different cultures and markets in Asia.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
