Marketing & Events Coordinator Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised intern to support our marketing, events and business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, event coordination and working with innovative technology and workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to social media enquiries, comments and customer feedback across various platforms.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions and corporate events.
• Liaise with vendors, venue operators and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in creating marketing content, presentations and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business or partnership opportunities.
• Maintain marketing databases and prepare basic reports.
• Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• Diploma or undergraduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media platforms.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
