About the Role
You'll shape high-impact conference programmes, manage event logistics, and drive engagement with international partners and speakers.
What You Will Do
Event Strategy & Management
- Assist with the planning and execution of a flagship international conference.
- Manage event logistics and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive innovative solutions for event delivery.
International Engagement
- Drive engagement with international partners and speakers.
- Assist to build and maintain relationships across cultures and sectors.
Programme Development
- Develop content and themes for conference programming
- Coordinate with speakers and stakeholders on deliverables
- Manage event deliverables and timelines
- Contribute to broader international relations initiatives
Requirements:
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum Degree in any field or its equivalent
- Prior experience in large-scale event planning, conference management, or international engagement
