Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all organization events & marketing initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • 3-5 years of previous marketing and events experience, preferably in non-profit sector
  • Strong project management skills; ability to multi-task, set, and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize and report success metrics
  • Superior writing skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of email, social and paid search
  • High attention to detail and focus on quality output
  • Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit at a desk the majority of an 8 hour shift
  • Ability to work on a computer the majority of an 8 hour shift

Educational/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years relevant experience

Target Compensation Range (Negotiable based on Qualifications):

$60,000-$65,000/year
