As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Marketing & Events Manager. The ideal candidate excels at strategy, executing, and optimizing campaigns to increase engagement, generate quality leads, and foster qualified opportunities. You’ll coordinate all aspects of event logistics and business development. An engaging personality and a passion for connecting with people are essential!
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute seminars, client appreciation gatherings, and exclusive VIP experiences — from venue selection to follow-up and onsite greeting
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for new prospects, following up with warmth, professionalism, and curiosity
- Connect with prospects by phone and other channels (no cold calling), nurture leads
- Schedule qualified prospects for consultations with financial advisors
- Confirm upcoming appointments to maximize show rates
- Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and appointments in our CRM
- Build rapport with prospects and clearly explain the value of meeting with our advisors
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets
What We’e Looking For:
- 3+ years of marketing and sales experience
- Experience supporting marketing events or campaign logistics
- A proven ability to build trust and develop lasting client relationships
- Outstanding phone skills and a confident, friendly manner speaking with clients
- High degree of creativity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work at a fast pace
- Demonstrates exceptional project management and organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to accept and apply direction

- In office: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
