🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $4.2K/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 12-month contract (there's a possibility of extension)
Summary Of The Role
Join the organisation as a Marketing Executive to drive marketing for our education programmes, admissions outreach, and student activities. This is an entry-level to junior role with some experience who is comfortable with AI tools, WordPress, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute student events such as orientation, networking, information sessions
- Manage website content using WordPress and improve visibility with AI-powered SEO tools (Google Analytics 4)
- Create online and print marketing materials using GenAI tools
- Produce AI-generated videos for education and marketing purposes
- Manage social media posts, email communications, and marketing collaterals
- Coordinate with students, faculty, and vendors to ensure smooth event delivery
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management, or related field
- Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL)
- Open and experienced in using GenAI for videos, video edits, and social media postings
- Working knowledge of WordPress for website content updates
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media tools
- Good written communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
