Job Summary
Drive and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Manage daily content creation, market research, and performance reporting to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and post daily content across social media platforms to maintain active audience interaction
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing plans and optimize campaigns
- Execute marketing plans effectively to achieve targeted business outcomes
- Monitor and report monthly performance improvements to guide strategic adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in social media marketing or related fields is advantageous
- Immediate availability is preferred to support timely project execution
Other Information
- Work from anywhere with flexible location arrangements
- Five-day work week with half-day work on designated days
- Fourteen days of paid leave annually
