Marketing Executive (Airport) - up $3800, 12mths

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions across the company.
• Coordinate event operations, including publicity applications, vendor permits, logistics, site setup, stakeholder briefings, and on-ground execution.
• Liaise with tenants, airport partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders on promotional activities, customer feedback, and operational matters.
• Assist in content creation, digital marketing, website updates, publicity planning, and creative artwork adaptations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage publicity calendars and deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
• Monitor customer feedback channels and prepare timely responses to enquiries.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare post-event reports and insights.
• Support projects aimed at improving tenant sales productivity, customer service, and overall shopper experience.
• Conduct on-site observations and provide operational support to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Perform administrative duties to support day-to-day marketing operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, retail, or mall operations preferred.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, resourceful, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, iMovie) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google/Adobe Analytics and online survey tools is advantageous.
