This role sits within the firm’s Growth team, working with the business to drive visibility in the market and client relationships.

Based within our in-house Marketing Agency, the Assistant Manager works with teams across Deloitte to create impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels including events, thought leadership, and digital marketing.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

  • The successful candidate will have significant marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment, with a third-level qualification in business and marketing.
  • They will be a strategic marketer with a commercial focus who can lead and deliver a marketing plan that aligns to business strategy and financial objectives.
  • They will have strong capability in developing project plans, setting timelines and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels. Experience with martech platforms such as CRM and email marketing is essential.
  • They will have strong communication skills with an ability to build positive relationships, build trust with key stakeholders and influence across a complex business
  • They will possess excellent writing and editing skills and be comfortable preparing well-structured drafts including website copy, white papers, social media content and product/service descriptions
  • This role exists within a fast-paced and agile environment, so the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, solutions-focused and have the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously

What type of work will I be doing?

  • Campaign planning and management – this role will work closely with our broader team (events, design, digital and PR) to own and execute end-to-end campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Webinar and event management - liaising with the business on content and logistics, supporting creation of speaker briefs, target list development, collateral, communications, logistics, registration and reporting.
  • Communications and content – development and execution of highly effective and targeted communication plans including drafting and proofing of collateral and thought leadership copy and development of relevant assets including videos, social posts and blogs
  • Thought leadership promotion – leveraging global content locally with the right audience at the right time
  • Research and market analysis – continuous marketplace research to create actionable market insights
  • Reporting and measurement - ensuring campaign impact is tracked and measured to inform future strategy

Who is the Hiring Manager?

You will report to the Head of Marketing Agency, working closely with senior Marketing Campaign Leads to support teams across the firm.

The Marketing Agency is a fast-paced team with a collaborative and supportive culture, focused on agility, knowledge sharing and innovation.

Where is this role based?

The role is based in our Dublin office and will operate on a hybrid basis. Flexibility on working styles is offered, subject to client or team requirements.
