About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to grow our workshop's brand and bring in more customers. You will handle our online presence, promotions, and customer outreach to drive bookings and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) — post content, run promotions, reply to comments/messages
- Create marketing content (photos, videos, posts) to showcase services and customer work
- Plan and run promotions, packages, and seasonal campaigns
- Run paid ads (Facebook/Google) and track performance
- Build customer reviews and referrals (Google reviews, word-of-mouth)
- Generate leads and follow up on enquiries to convert into bookings
- Collaborate with the workshop team on offers and pricing
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, social media, or digital advertising
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
- Skilled in content creation (basic photo/video editing)
- Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager and Google tools
- Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven
Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 9.30am–6.30pm
Salary: $1800-$2500
