Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive supports the Group's Property Holding within the centralised Marketing and Communication function, servicing both the Residential/Smart City and Commercial poles. The role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing, communication, digital, events, brand and public relations activities across the Group's property portfolio. Working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Marketing Executive ensures that marketing initiatives are delivered effectively, consistently and in line with the Group's brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support Across the Property Portfolio

Support the implementation of marketing initiatives for Residential and Smart City developments (sales, project and lifestyle communications) and Commercial assets (leasing, tenant visibility and B2B communications).
Translate project and business requirements into clear marketing actions and deliverables.
Coordinate marketing activities across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Support execution of marketing plans and campaigns for individual assets while maintaining overall brand consistency.
Provide day-to-day marketing support to the different property teams and business units.

Brand, Marketing & Communication

Support implementation of the Group's marketing and branding strategy across Residential, Smart City and Commercial portfolios, ensuring a consistent brand narrative.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with established brand guidelines.
Assist in adapting communication materials to suit different projects, audiences and channels.
Contribute ideas to strengthen project positioning, visibility and customer engagement.
Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency and quality before release.

Content & Digital Marketing

Support implementation of the Group's digital marketing activities in line with business and brand objectives.
Assist in managing content across websites, social media, email marketing and digital campaigns.
Coordinate development of marketing content, including copy, visuals, presentations, brochures and newsletters, working with internal teams and external agencies, designers, photographers and videographers.
Assist in maintaining and updating digital platforms and marketing content.
Monitor digital campaign performance, engagement and lead-generation results, and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve digital visibility, engagement and lead generation.

Event Management & Brand Activations

Coordinate and support the planning and execution of marketing-led events, including project launches, sales events, community/lifestyle activations and corporate or partner events.
Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, invitations, branding, communication materials and on-site requirements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth event delivery, including budgets and timelines.
Support post-event evaluation and reporting.
Ensure events and activations align with the Group's brand positioning and objectives.

Public Relations & Media Support

Support execution of the Group's PR and media activities, including press releases, media kits, presentations and editorial content.
Coordinate with PR agencies, journalists, editors and media partners as required.
Help identify project milestones, corporate developments and initiatives that may provide relevant PR opportunities.
Support the organisation of interviews, media visits and other media engagements.
Monitor media coverage and maintain appropriate records and reports.
Ensure consistency of messaging across PR, digital and marketing channels.

Procurement & Service Provider Coordination

Coordinate with external marketing agencies, production partners, event suppliers and consultants; prepare briefs and coordinate quotations, proposals and deliverables.
Support the CMO in monitoring supplier performance, timelines, costs and quality of delivery.
Follow the Group's procurement, approval and governance processes.
Maintain an organised database of suppliers, quotations, contracts and marketing deliverables.

Stakeholder Coordination & Governance

Work closely with Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Lifestyle, Sustainability and Corporate teams to understand and support their marketing requirements.
Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers and campaign schedules.
Assist with monitoring marketing budgets and expenditure.
Prepare reports, presentations and updates for the CMO and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of marketing activities, campaigns and assets, following established processes and governance requirements.

Marketing Performance & Continuous Improvement

Track marketing activities, campaigns, leads, engagement and visibility across relevant projects.
Compile and analyse marketing performance data; prepare regular KPI and campaign performance reports for the CMO.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
Stay informed of relevant marketing, digital, communication, events and property-sector trends.
Contribute ideas for new marketing initiatives and process improvements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, events or a related function.
Experience in property, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle or other consumer-facing sectors is an advantage.
Experience working with creative agencies, media partners and external suppliers is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and deliver marketing activities within deadlines and budgets.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of marketing, branding and digital communication principles.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
Proactive, creative and solutions-oriented approach.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
