Marketing Executive (CCK - 5 day)
Job Summary
Support brand marketing by assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, managing social media content and budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and increase customer engagement aligned with brand objectives
- Conduct market research and generate reports to inform marketing strategies
- Coordinate digital, social media, and offline marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Manage and maintain brand assets, marketing collateral, and campaign documentation
- Execute social media content plans and monitor advertising budgets and expenses for social media campaigns
- Support photography and videography efforts for campaigns, products, and events to enhance content quality
- Track campaign performance by monitoring key metrics and preparing detailed performance reports with actionable insights
- Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation techniques
- Experience using design tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Figma
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)

- Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Annual Leave: 14 days
