Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective and consistent application of internal policies and procedures relating to construction contracts and consultancy service agreements.
Manage and coordinate marketing-related activities to support business development objectives.
Ensure all bidding and tender activities comply with the company’s internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Handle and/or provide support for project tenders, including preparation, compilation, coordination, and submission of tender documents when required.
Coordinate and compile relevant information, documents, and materials for tenders and marketing activities.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth execution of tender and marketing activities.
Perform other ad-hoc marketing, tender, and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or any equivalent discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing, Tender, or Business Development within the construction industry.
Good understanding of construction contracts, consultancy service agreements, and tender processes will be an advantage.
Able to work independently with good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, compilation, and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
