Responsibilities
Develop and manage engaging content across various marketing communication channels, including websites, social media, email, digital platforms, and print materials.
Write, edit, and proofread marketing communications materials such as brochures, blog posts, presentations, promotional materials, and corporate communications.
Assist in planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Develop and implement social media content strategies to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and online presence.
Create, schedule, and publish social media content while monitoring audience interactions, comments, messages, and feedback.
Track and analyze social media and marketing communication performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify relevant trends, audience insights, and opportunities for improved marketing communication strategies.
Maintain and organize marketing communication materials, content calendars, campaign assets, and relevant documentation.
Stay updated on marketing, communications, social media, content, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
Perform other marketing communications and ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Creative and detail-oriented, with an interest in content creation, branding, digital marketing, and communications.
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new marketing tools, platforms, and communication techniques.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with marketing and industry trends.
