Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who loves coffee and wants to help Guerilla Coffee win more regulars. You will bring people through the door, give them a reason to come back, and tell our story online and in store. Guerilla Coffee is a hungry young brand with three outlets in Singapore and more on the way. We are building fast, trying things, and teaming up with other brands on collaborations that people actually talk about. If you want to help shape a coffee brand while it is still growing, this is a good place to start.

This is a hands-on, entry to junior role with room to grow. You will report to the directors/owners and learn how a retail coffee brand is run day to day.

What you will do

  • Plan and post content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook: drinks, people, new menu items and behind-the-bar moments, shot mostly by you.
  • Run in-store promotions, menu launches and seasonal campaigns with the outlet teams, and prepare simple point-of-sale materials.
  • Manage the loyalty programme, vouchers and offers, and track what brings customers back.
  • Handle delivery app listings, Google Business Profile and online reviews, replying to feedback in our voice.
  • Help plan and run brand collaborations, tastings, pop-ups and community events with partner brands, from first idea to launch and results.
  • Send the monthly newsletter and customer messages, and keep the website and social bios up to date.
  • Report each month on foot traffic, sales lift from campaigns, social growth and review scores.
  • Work with baristas and outlet managers to learn what customers are asking for, and feed it into campaigns.
  • Support the marketing for new outlet openings, from the pre-launch buzz to opening week.

What we are looking for

  • A real love of coffee. You have opinions about your flat white, you are curious about beans, brewing and cafe culture, and you enjoy talking about it.
  • Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, F&B or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • [0–2] years of marketing, social media or F&B or retail experience; fresh graduates and those with internship or part-time cafe experience are welcome.
  • Comfortable creating content on your phone: shooting, simple editing, and writing short, lively captions.
  • Good working knowledge of ai via Canva or a similar design tool, and the major social platforms.
  • Organised and reliable, able to juggle our three outlets, new openings and several campaigns at once, and happy to work some weekends and events.
  • Friendly, practical and good with people, from baristas to customers to partners.
  • Energy and initiative: you like a young, fast-moving team, you are not afraid to try new ideas, and you are happy to roll up your sleeves.

Good to have

  • Experience working in a cafe, restaurant or retail store.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Business Profile or delivery platform promotions.
  • Basic video editing (CapCut or similar) or photography skills.
  • Interest in coffee certifications or home brewing and specialty coffee
