Marketing Executive

Key Job Responsibilities

Support marketing plans and campaigns and pitch effectively to B2B clients.
Create engaging content for digital and offline channels, including social media, websites, e-mail, and brochures.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors to produce marketing materials.
Assist in managing social media platforms and online communities.
Support generation activities and nurture prospects through CRM tools.
Organize and support events, promotions, and wellness programs.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy.
Ensure timely updates to the website and other digital platforms.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role. Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or premium consumer brands will be an added advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Sinhala and/or Tamil will be an added advantage.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms. Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
