Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and event participation.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with industry stakeholders to support sponsorship and collaboration opportunities.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives across social media, online platforms, and industry publications to maximise audience reach.
• Conduct market research and analyse campaign performance to optimise marketing effectiveness.
• Engage healthcare professionals and organisations to promote participation in regional and international events.
• Plan and execute sponsorship activations that enhance brand visibility and deliver value to partners.
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree and above in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who are able to commence work within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
