Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s IT products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online platforms.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials, advertisements, presentations, and promotional content.
- Manage the company’s online presence and coordinate website and social media updates.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities through online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Organise and participate in industry events, exhibitions, networking activities, and business development initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with clients, business partners, vendors, and external marketing agencies.
- Keep updated on developments in the IT industry and competitor marketing activities.
- Assist management in developing strategies to increase brand awareness, market reach, and revenue.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of digital marketing and online marketing platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse marketing data.
- Knowledge of social media, content creation, and advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools.
