About Us

Holiday Inn Algiers – Cheraga Tower is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team and strengthen our brand presence.

The Role

You will assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital communication, creating engaging content and supporting promotional initiatives while ensuring compliance with IHG brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms.
• Create engaging content.
• Coordinate promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Ensure brand consistency.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of the hotel's facilities, events and guest experiences for marketing and social media purposes.
• Create, edit and publish engaging photo and video content, including reels and short-form videos, across the hotel's digital and social media platforms.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Previous hospitality marketing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Creative and organized.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in photography and video content creation for social media.
• Knowledge of photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar) is highly desirable.
