Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities and new product launches.
  • Coordinate and manage events, roadshows, festive fairs and other promotional activities, including preparation, setup and on-site support.
  • Handle online marketing and promotional activities across the company’s digital and social media platforms.
  • Prepare and update product price lists, promotional materials, posters, signage and other marketing collaterals.
  • Liaise with shopping malls, event organisers, vendors, suppliers and other external parties on marketing and event-related matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and outlets to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Handle and follow up on customer feedback and complaints, and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve issues when necessary.
  • Support the planning and promotion of new products, including preparation of marketing materials and launch activities.
  • Monitor ongoing marketing activities and gather customer feedback and market information.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
  • Perform other ad hoc marketing-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the F&B, retail or FMCG industry.
  • Able to work independently, take ownership of assigned projects and follow through with minimal supervision.
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating events, promotions, marketing campaigns and/or product launches.
  • Strong planning, coordination and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with internal teams and external parties independently.
  • Familiar with social media platforms, digital marketing and Microsoft Office.
  • Resourceful, responsible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to provide on-site support for events and promotional activities when required.
