Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team based in Singapore. In this role you will supports the planning and execution of Kiztopia's marketing initiatives across digital, social media, CRM, website, and on-ground channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, managing content and social media platforms, maintaining website updates, supporting CRM initiatives, and monitoring campaign performance.

Working closely with internal teams, agencies, mall partners, landlords, vendors, and other external stakeholders, the Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering engaging marketing campaigns and brand experiences that drive customer engagement and support business growth.

Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Events

  • Support the planning, execution, and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, mall partners, vendors, and media partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
  • Assist in the execution of promotions, seasonal campaigns, new outlet launches, events, workshops, and partnership activations.
  • Prepare marketing materials including campaign briefs, presentations, promotional collaterals, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Website & Digital Marketing

  • Maintain and update website content, including promotions, events, outlet information, and campaign assets.
  • Ensure website content remains accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with vendors or internal teams to resolve website-related issues.
  • Support basic SEO initiatives and monitor website performance.
  • CRM & Customer Engagement
  • Support the execution of CRM campaigns, EDMs, and loyalty programme initiatives.
  • Maintain customer database accuracy and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
  • Monitor CRM and loyalty programme performance and prepare regular reports on customer engagement and membership trends.

Social Media & Content

  • Support the planning and execution of social media content calendars.
  • Create engaging content including copywriting, photography, and short-form videos.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, influencers, and content creators on marketing content.
  • Manage social media community engagement by responding to customer enquiries and comments where required.
  • Support influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.

Reporting & Marketing Operations

  • Prepare marketing reports, campaign performance summaries, and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Track campaign performance across digital and offline channels.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and marketing documentation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, with 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience in retail, lifestyle, hospitality, attractions, family entertainment, or other consumer-facing industries will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Basic understanding of CRM, EDM platforms, website content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to support marketing events and activations outside regular working hours when required.
