Marketing Executive

1. Marketing, Content Creation & Video Editing

- Assist the marketing team with planning and executing promotional campaigns.

- Participate in video production, including filming, editing and producing short-form content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.

- Edit livestream highlights, product demonstration videos and promotional content for social media posting.

- Add subtitles, transitions, background music and other creative elements to enhance video quality.

- Repurpose livestream recordings into engaging short-form videos.

- Brainstorm creative video ideas, trending content and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Ensure all edited videos align with Manne & Co's branding and marketing direction.

- Complete assigned video editing tasks within the required deadlines.

- Support promotional activities, product launches and livestream campaigns.

2. Affiliate Recruitment & Coordination

- Actively source and onboard new affiliate creators to join Manne & Co's affiliate programme.

- Introduce potential creators to the affiliate programme and available opportunities.

- Assist with affiliate communications, follow-ups and coordination.

3. Administrative & Data Entry

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

- Assist with tracking livestream performance, sales figures and affiliate information.

- Manage the weekly archiving of Facebook livestream videos, ensuring all recordings are properly saved, organised and maintained for future reference.

- Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative, proactive and familiar with social media trends.

- Basic knowledge of TikTok and social commerce is an advantage.

- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with CapCut, Canva or similar editing software.

- Able to film, edit and produce engaging short-form video content.

- Able to work independently and collaborate with the team.

- Flexible with rotating work schedules, including weekends.
