Marketing Executive/ Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, market expansion, and sales growth.

• Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives based on market insights and sales priorities.

• Manage the full marketing cycle by planning activities, ensuring smooth execution, measuring results, and driving continuous improvements.

• Research existing and emerging industries to identify new business opportunities and support future sales strategies.

• Maintain and enhance the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and expand the customer base.

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and meetings to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate sales reports, analyze data to uncover growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.

• Support sales operations through administrative coordination and sales enablement activities.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to improve marketing effectiveness and business performance.

• Drive process improvements by proactively identifying opportunities and implementing data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with proven success in lead generation and campaign execution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, SAP, or CRM systems is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging customers via phone, email, and in person.

• Analytical, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to drive initiatives and support sales growth.
