About the Role

Treblem Security Services Limited is seeking a proactive, target-driven Marketing Executive to promote its security services, acquire new clients, and expand its market presence in Ibadan.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and grow the company's client base.
• Market security services to corporate organizations, estates, schools, hotels, construction companies, and other prospective clients.
• Generate leads, arrange meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Prepare activity reports and track progress against sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally during business engagements.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of the Ibadan business environment and networking skills.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Security industry experience in Oyo State is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
