Marketing Executive
About the Role
We’re hiring a commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive to join our ever-growing team!
This role sits at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, content strategy, and lead generation across a multi-country, high-growth environment. Working closely with the Marketing Lead and collaborating with regional teams, you will translate marketing strategies into impactful digital campaigns, nurture leads, and enable data-driven marketing decisions to support scalable growth at Triide.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Build new digital channels and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and increase brand exposure, supporting scalable growth across priority markets.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement content marketing strategies tailored by markets and service lines to build thought leadership, increase brand awareness, and nurture leads for eventual conversion.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage a robust content calendar; create engaging content for social media, blogs, e-newsletters, and other marketing materials to drive visibility and engagement.
- Brand Asset Management: Develop and manage the brand asset library, including go-to-market (GTM) toolkits and corporate templates.
- Platform Management: Manage and update the Triide website and social media channels to ensure the timely rollout of relevant content for target audiences.
- Event Execution: Execute and support Group and local events as needed.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of content, market, and competitive trends through continuous market research to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Performance Optimization: Track and optimize the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to inform strategy and decision-making.
- CRM & Automation: Support the rollout of our CRM platform and leverage it to develop automated marketing journeys, segmented campaigns, and performance analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing roles.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to switch between professional corporate communications and engaging social media content.
- Ability to support simple design work, content formatting, and digital asset preparation.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing concepts and best practices, including paid media platforms, campaign structure, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations; proficiency in web analytics tools and AI tools preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a track record of delivering projects on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders and partners.
