Marketing Funnel Strategist & Implementation Specialist

Role Details:
- Marketing Funnel Strategist and Implementation Specialist.
- Remote (Philippines).
- Full-time, exclusive.
- Mon–Fri, 8:45 am–5:00 pm AEDT.
- Salary: ₱85,000–₱110,000 per month, after a 30-day paid assessment (Php50,000).

- We are looking for a funnel specialist to design, build and continuously improve the funnels that move prospects from masterclasses and paid programs into our Flagship Executive Leadership Programme.
- This is not just a page-building role.
- We need someone who understands the commercial objective, maps the customer journey, builds the systems and uses data to improve results.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Map customer journeys and develop evergreen, webinar, event and lead-reactivation funnels.
- Build: Create landing pages, email sequences, checkouts and automations in Kajabi (primary) and GoHighLevel (CRM and automation).
- Content: Use Claude to produce funnel content in professional Australian English, and verify its accuracy before publishing.
- Sales integration: Work with our sales team on bookings, reminders, no-show handling and handover workflows.
- Optimise: Track funnel performance, diagnose drop-offs, run structured tests and report on results.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience building and managing funnels in Kajabi.
- Practical GoHighLevel experience (CRM workflows and automation).
- Strategic thinking, not just the ability to follow instructions.
- Confidence interpreting conversion data.
- Strong Claude skills (briefing, editing and quality-checking).
- Excellent written and spoken English, and strong attention to detail.
- Highly regarded: coaching, education or professional services experience, evergreen webinars, Zapier or Make, and discovery-call-led sales.

Working Arrangements:
- Exclusive, full-time position.
- Moonlighting, freelancing and subcontracting are not permitted.
- Daily Zoom-based virtual office during working hours.
- Occasional extra hours to support major events, agreed in advance and handled in line with Philippine employment law.
