  • Plan and execute events for multiple dealerships, including sales events, customer appreciation activities, sponsorships, and community partnerships. Coordinate event calendars, budgets, vendors, promotional materials, staffing, and on-site logistics with each dealership team.

  • Track campaign performance and improvements based on engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.

  • Maintain shared marketing and event calendars, asset libraries, and campaign documentation to coordinate overlapping deadlines and activities across dealerships.

  • Follow brand standards, manufacturer advertising guidelines, and internal approval processes, including required offer disclosures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

  • Basic photography and video editing skills.

  • Ability to interpret marketing reports and identify practical improvements.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize competing priorities, and independently manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple dealership locations.

  • Willingness to travel between dealerships and occasionally support evening or weekend events.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in automotive, retail, or another business with multiple locations.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Experience with customer relationship management systems and customer email campaigns.
